IS 586 Customer Relationship Management Technologies
Summary
This course provides an in-depth understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, with a special emphasis on leveraging Salesforce capabilities. Students will engage in practical exercises using Salesforce's Trailhead to apply CRM concepts in real-world scenarios.
Course Objectives: By the end of the course, students will be able to:
- Understand key CRM principles and their importance in business.
- Gain practical CRM skills via hands-on exercises with CRM software.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies using Salesforce tools.

evaluations are anonymous; the instructor and administration do not track who entered what responses. A program is used to check if the student completed the evaluations, but the evaluation is completely
separate from the student’s identity. Since 100% participation is our goal, students are sent periodic reminders over three weeks. Students do not receive reminders once they complete the evaluation.
