Gwendolyn Infusino is an award-winning writer, director and producer with a UCLA MFA (2018) in Film & Television Production/Directing. Her films have screened top tier festivals like Palm Springs ShortFest, as well as Hammer Museum, LA Shorts International, CUFF, SFIFF, abroad in London, Tokyo and more.
Gwendolyn recently directed a short documentary series as Filmmaker in Residence of the UCLA Film & Television Archive. Notable projects include developing a Netflix Original prestige series with Nick Bilton and Tiller Russell, managing the production of an Eleanor Coppola film in San Francisco, and shooting on Francis Ford Coppola's live cinema project. She is also a fiction IP reader and analyst for Media Res Studio.
Her background includes writing and producing in prominent contemporary art and film organizations, including work in museum curating and agency advertising. Gwen curated the Italics Film Series, the first narrative film series ever exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago where she worked in curatorial to help produce more than ten major exhibitions, including Jeff Koons and Jenny Holzer: Protect, Protect.
In addition to her UCLA MFA, she holds a BA in English from DePaul University, where she graduated from the Honors Program and studied art history abroad with Louvre Museum curators in Paris.
