Emily Page (she/her/hers) is new to DePaul but not new to filmmaking or to teaching. She has worked as a Cinematographer on Narrative and Documentary projects, freelance as a Camera Operator, Camera Assistant and a Producer. She taught Cinematography courses at Columbia College for over 25 years and has designed several courses for beginning level cinematographers and updated technology for advanced level courses. She has a BA in Film/Video from Columbia College Chicago and a Masters in Education from Loyola University Maryland. She has a passion for the Montessori pedagogy and believes that we learn by doing!
