Seth J. Kinnett is a doctoral student in the Computer & Information Sciences program. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science & English from DePauw University and an M.ITM from Illinois Institute of Technology. His research interests include customer relationship management, the fourth industrial revolution, and the future of work. Prior to joining academia, Mr. Kinnett was a technology consultant, business analyst, and project manager for several major corporations. He is the author of the professional handbook: How to Win at CRM: Strategy, Implementation, Management, which was published in 2017 by CRC Press.
