Hi everyone! My name is Jamya and I am a senior studying to receive a BS in Computer Science. I am one of the co-captains on the DePaul Cheer Team and I am also an active member of Black Student Union and I live on campus with my ESA who is a dog named Venus! I work for DePaul as an Online learning ambassador helping professors manage zoom classrooms. I love that DePaul has so many opportunities for students from all different backgrounds. DePaul allows students to be so involved in many on campus activities by provided flexibility with classes and even on campus jobs. I would love to help those who may be interested in the Computer Science BS program, anything pertaining to athletics, those who may have questions about the CSD(Center for Students with Disabilities and how to get a registered ESA, on campus jobs and involvement, and about how to get involved as a person of color on campus.
