Summary

This course provides an in-depth understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, with a special emphasis on leveraging Salesforce capabilities. Students will engage in practical exercises using Salesforce's Trailhead to apply CRM concepts in real-world scenarios.

Course Objectives: By the end of the course, students will be able to:

  1. Understand key CRM principles and their importance in business.
  2. Gain practical CRM skills via hands-on exercises with CRM software.
  3. Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships effectively.
  4. Develop and implement CRM strategies using Salesforce tools.
  5. Analyze customer data to derive insights for business decisions.

Online Course Evaluations

Evaluations are a way for students to provide valuable feedback regarding their instructor and the course. The evaluations are anonymous; the instructor and administration do not track who entered what responses. A program is used to check if the student completed the evaluations, but the evaluation is completely separate from the student’s identity. Since 100% participation is our goal, students are sent periodic reminders over three weeks. Students do not receive reminders once they complete the evaluation. Students complete the evaluation online in CampusConnect.
