Amish Desai is a creative and experience design leader. Over the past 18 years, he designs at the intersection of customer behaviors, emotions, and emerging technologies to bring customers and businesses closer together. Amish leads teams of next-generation designers and researchers helping brands use design thinking and lean innovation to discover, design, and deliver experiences that are lovable, valuable, and feasible. Amish’s experiences includes work with B2C and B2B organizations on a domestic and global scale, across a range of industry verticals including Financial, insurance, Social Media, Logistics, and Retail. His work has been featured in CMO.com, Fast Company and Venture Beat for his wealth of expertise strategically designing digital and physical experiences. Amish holds a B.S in Cognitive Science and Human Computer Interaction from the University of California, San Diego and a M.S. in Human Computer Interaction from San Jose State University. Outside of his day-job, Amish is involved mentoring at 1871, taught at Engineering Design and Innovation program at Northwestern University’s Segal Design Institute, and now most recently at DePaul University.
